What do you know about japanese number

Listening to Japanese radio is probably one of the best ways to learn Japanese. And it’s free! Online radio is great way to get a feel for another language from the comfort of your computer or smartphone. Akira center has recapitulated the online radio stations below to help you improve your listening skill in Japanese
1. Why we have to listen to Japanese radio ?
Because listening Is Vital for Language Learners !
Many Japanese learners focus a lot on grammar and vocabulary . They don’t spend as much effort on quietly listening. Listening seems like it should be simple, or secondary to other more active language skills. To the surprise of many new learners, listening to a foreign language is difficult. If you’ve ever had to sit for a second language test, you’ll know that the listening section is almost always the hardest. But, listening is a vital skill for language learning.
Reseach shows that when we communicate, we spend around 40-50% of our time listening, 25-30% speaking, 11-16% reading and only 9% writing (although that last one might have changed in recent years due to the rise in social media).
That means we spend about half the time listening!
The question is: Do you spend half your Japanese learning time on listening exercises by listen to Japanese radio or any methods else ?
… if you’re anything like me, you probably don’t.
2. How to use Japanese radio effectively ?
a, Find a radio station in Japanese that interests you
Streaming radio stations online works better than the traditional radio because you can listen to any station worldwide. If you really want to fine-tune (perfect) your Japanese listening skills you should listen to a talk radio station. You can still enjoy your music, but you will learn Japanese intonation and listening much better with native speech.
Talk radio shows span many different topics, from sports to science, so choose something that interests you.
b, Make time every day to listening to Japanese radio
It doesn’t matter how long you listen for, whether it’s just five minutes or one hour, but consistency is key. Regular exposure (contact) with Japanese is important, which is why you should listen to the Japanese radio every day.
To build this habit, start with the goal of listening for just 1-5 minutes every day. If the program is interesting, you might listen longer, but the short time commitment will make it an easy task to complete. Over time as the habit develops, you can slowly increase your daily listening time.
c, Write down interesting phrases or words when you listen to Japanese radio
Do you keep hearing the same words over and over again while listening to Japanese radio? If yes, it means that these are high frequency words that relate to the topic, so they’re probably worth writing down. Write the words or phrases you hear, and also an example of the context so you can understand how to use them properly.
d, Don’t use the dictionary at first
When you’re learning a language, you might want to use a dictionary to look up all the words you don’t understand. But this is not necessary – especially in the beginning. It’s much more important to understand the main point than to understand every single word. If you generally know what the radio show is talking about – great!
If not, focus on understanding the topic of conversation, not every word that is spoken. Over time your listening will improve and you’ll find yourself understanding more without having to even open your dictionary.
However, if you find that you hear a word many times that you don’t know when you are listening to Japanese radio, then it’s probably a good idea to look it up in the dictionary. If a word is repeated so much, it’s probably important to the topic.
e, Practice shadowing
What’s this? Shadowing is a technique which consists of repeating out loud when you are listening to Japanese radio, word by word, and in a clear manner what you’ve just heard over the radio. The most important thing is to make sure you reproduce the same words, the same intonation, the same sounds as the speaker (if possible, they should be made by a native speaker of the language you would like to learn). This technique is all about learning a language just as you yourself learned how to speak: by repeating the sounds you hear.
The shadowing method allows you to:
- express yourself more clearly and more fluently
- make your spoken rendition more lively
